  • Nothing! Our estimates are free as long as you meet our pre-qualification requirements.

  • No, unfortunately we only install materials purchased through AIS. We offer a wide variety of colors and styles so we’re sure we can find something that matches! Check out “our fences” at the top of the page to find a style that fits your yard.

  • Wood fencing is typically cheaper in up-front costs, however over the years the wood fence will end up costing you more than vinyl due to needed maintenance. Our vinyl fence is maintenance free and comes with a lifetime warranty!

  • We do not have a minimum linear footage requirement but we do have a $2,000 job minimum. Some jobs reach that minimum with only a few feet and gate, while others need 50-60 feet to get to that minimum.

  • All of our fences come with a one year labor warranty. Check out our warranty page to see our manufacturer warranties.

  • Unless we installed the fence, we do not do any repairs. If we installed your fence and you are having issues, please take pictures of the issues and email them to services@aisoutlet.com . In the email, include your name, phone number, and description of the issue.

  • We recommend that you have us pull the permit but you are welcome to pull your own permit.

  • We do not locate property lines prior to installation. It is the customers responsibility to locate them or hire a surveyor to stake the property prior to install. It is recommended that you find them prior to the installation but we do not require it. If you do not locate property lines prior to the installtion, we will follow your direction on where to install the fence.

  • We offer many styles of fence that meet pool code standards. Let your sales consulant know your future plans and he or she will make sure that your new fence will be pool code complaint.

  • We use the highest quality material with the best warranty in the business, backed by the largest home improvement company in the world, which creates one great VALUE!

  • Most of our fences are able to follow the slope of the ground to minimize gaps underneath. Check with your sales consultant for more details.

  • Yes! We install all year round. There are more days in the winter where we don’t work due to snow storms, below freezing temps, etc. But if you purchase a fence in winter, you shouldn’t have to wait until spring to have it installed.
